Zack Watkins
Owner • NC Professional Engineer • Licensed Electrical Contractor
I was born and raised in North Carolina, and I earned my electrical engineering degree from NC State University. For more than twelve years I worked as a power engineer, with hands-on experience in utility operations and consulting design work.
I started Mountain to Sea Electric because I care about electrical work being done correctly. I hold a Limited Electrical License with the State of North Carolina, and I approach every job the same way: understand what the home or building actually needs, explain the options clearly, and complete the work safely and to code.
Keeping this community safe through careful, code-compliant installations is the part of this work that matters most to me.
OUR APPROACH
Whether it’s a small repair or a full panel upgrade, I plan the work carefully and complete it with attention to detail and code compliance. You’ll get responsive communication and a clear explanation of what I’m doing and why.

I work with homeowners, builders, property owners, and commercial clients across Western North Carolina. Based in Brevard, serving Hendersonville, Asheville, and surrounding communities. Availability depends on your location, project scope, and scheduling.
